Location was okay to where we were going to be spending time. Room was cleaner than most Best Western's we've stayed at previously so usually stay away from them for that reason. When we got home, there was a message waiting for me that they found my stainless steel water bottle that my husband set down while packing the car and then didn't pick it up. It had my name on it. Seems trivial, but it was given to me in Tanzania last year for our safaris, as they are trying to get rid of plastic water bottles and it was a very nice reminder of a neat trip.

Very clean hotel. Older so rooms are larger than modern hotels but updated and clean. Front desk staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Bathroom was also large and clean. A/C worked well, beds were comfortable as was the bedding. Location just off the freeway so easy on/off but also very close to town of Pendleton where we went for food and grocery shopping.

I had a view that overlooked farmland. It was very pretty and very quiet.. My room was very clean and in good shape, particularly for being an older hotel.. was super convenient and easy to find as I broke my long drive. Breakfast was simple and edible, very nice.

I liked every room had a view; the breakfast prepared and presented by Cathy was fabulous! The hard work of keeping coffee made, everything fresh and food available- a thankless job but very well done
